Counselling is a therapeutic process to address and resolve problems. It is a collaborative process between my clients and myself which involves identifying options and developing skills to deal effectively with concerns and issues. My clients gain clarity into their situation including perceptions, thinking and behaviours.

I am qualified in Professional Counselling and the techniques that I have learned help my clients get in touch with their emotions and identify beliefs in any area where they are experiencing problems. The issue is discussed and identified - together we develop strategies to put into place to alleviate the problem; these include using visualization and meditation techniques, learning the concept of mirroring, recognizing body responses and developing verbal response strategies and actions.
