Emotional Freedom Technique ("E.F.T") is a practice drawn from ancient Chinese Medicine and the modern science of Applied Kinesiology. E.F.T is a form of psychological acupressure, where a client is taught to tap with their fingers over various parts of the body in order to 'wake' up the energy centres.

This gentle tapping, balances energy meridians that have been disrupted by emotionally disturbing thoughts or situations. Negative emotional memory is stored in the body and the tapping helps to release the emotional charge that surrounds it. Through the E.F.T process, a client can tap into a painful memory and release it. Emotional Freedom Technique restores positive energy and balance to the physical body.
